An explanation about your order,
plan pricing, changes,
payments and shipping.
Certified Plan Pricing
Plan pricing is based on the square footage of the building
and your location. Our pricing is near 1/2 of what you would pay
for an "Original Set" of plans. We are modifying existing
drawings to save time and money for the church!
Feel free to call 800-420-7022 or e-mail
our office for the costs of any plan. Every certified plan sold
is customized/changed to meet the needs of your church, the building
site and your local building codes.
The economy factor is in buying the plan close to the original
design and within the same foot print of the building. Changes
can decrease the savings incurred as these changes can add cost
and time to the project. Requested structural or excessive changes
can be charged at the Standard Market Rate.
Structural and Foundation engineer reviews are included in
our pricing. We include Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineering
Certifications as well as the state Architectural Certification.
If your local building authorities require a structural and foundation
engineer for "Certification," we can assist you in obtaining
quotes or you may inquire with engineers in your area. Not every
location needs these "certifications" so we include
only a "review" by the Structural and Foundation Engineers.
Estimated Building Cost
The estimated building costs we suggest
on-line reflects Rural at $90 per square foot, Urban at $115 per
square foot and the Metropolitan at $135 per square foot.
Some geographical locations will be higher and some will be
lower. The estimated building costs can decrease or increase depending
upon location, resources and talents available from your congregation
and so on.
These estimated building costs do not reflect the plan cost,
the site cost or modifications.
The construction costs are given as an estimation for that
particular building. Once a plan is chosen, we can provide you
with a preliminary construction budget, to assist you in funding
if you wish.
- We do suggest you have a builder review your plan in your
area, to more closely provide you with exact figures, as construction
costs vary from region to region.
Certification Cost
State Architectural Certification cost is included in the certified
plan cost!
Possible Additional Costs
Major Metropolitan Areas: Additional Planning and Zoning requirements
beyond the normal services and plan costs may be required. ChurchPlansForLess
can provide these services for an additional fee. Occasionally
local engineers need to be involved to meet local code requirements.

How ChurchPlansForLess.Com can save you money.
(See the testimonials)
The largest percentage of the fee charged by most architects is
the design development and contract document portion of the plans.
Church Plans for Less is saving churches this process, thus saving
the design cost. If you look at most churches, they all require
similar amenities in their buildings.
Our parent company has been designing these structures for 30
years. Now they are available to churches for approximately 60%
of the normal cost. If you have chosen carefully the design, will
meet the needs for your church for many years to come. Our architects
attend site observation inspections if required for construction.
We offer a monthly payment schedule of 3 to 7 payments depending
upon if your project has been fast-tracked. If you wish to have
your drawings in a short time frame we ask that you also pay with
a short time frame also.
Numerous conversations and correspondences (e-mail, faxes, mailings,
etc.) must transpire before your final set of plans are delivered
to the church. We will visit the church if needed to finalize
the plans.

Plan Changes
- Requested changes can decrease the savings incurred as
these changes can add cost.
Our architects attend site observation inspections
if required for construction.
We welcome your questions. 800.420.7022
- Requested changes are changes the church
has decided upon to better serve the needs of the congregation
and community. These changes may or may not be extensive.
-
The church may decide to request changes
to our floor plans. In these instances making minor changes
such as moving a non-load bearing interior wall to increase
the size of a classroom, takes a short amount of time.
These changes are included in the price shared when pricing
is requested. Any major changes such as increasing or
decreasing square footage, increases the required completion
time and overall design cost of the plans.
-
Required changes are changes that
must to be made to meet the state and local building codes.
Mechanical, Plumbing and Electial engineering certs are included.
Structural and Foundation Certifications are not, however
the plans will be reviewed by an Engineer. ChurchPlansForLess.Com
does not charge a fee for these changes.
We will contact your local building authorities for this information.
